On this hot, hot day in July...Lacoste seemed like a perfect stop over for a lunch meal.
It was not going to be a quick lunch, we knew it. We wanted to just sit back and relax with the views of the French Provence.
Lacoste is another charming village. Since we were visiting the village right before French school kids got out of school in July, the village seemed almost sleepy.
Amazing views all around, this village is famous in the modern world because Pierre Cardin, the famous fashion designer, actually owns the castle here.
We walked along these tiny stony streets enjoying the authenticity of the buildings and the environment.
And again it was so hot:) Mark continued his tradition of...you know...in the most inconvenient places all over the world. We told him he can't do that once he moves back to the states.
This was our last stop of the day and we were leaving the area the following morning. We came home before dinner time and let the kids enjoy the pool for a bit once again.
Lyana.
