Warm Halloween Nights 2017

We had a two-fold Halloween celebration this year:) Our ward celebrated Halloween by holding a Trunk Or Treat (no chili in this ward though, sadly). It was on a school night, Thursday, so it was pretty short and efficient.

Katya went dressed up as a Russian spy, straight from rowing.

And Alex went as Movie Theater Floor. Mark was repeating from last year being a penguin.

Then on actual Halloween Day, when the school was also out, Katya spent a few hours with her best friends Sophie and Lilly. She went trick-or-treating with them in Lilly's neighborhood.

We hung out with the boys at the Wests' house for our own chili party with other friends. Mark went as a Ukrainian soccer player and Alex...still a movie theater floor.

Then we all went trick-or-treating in our friend's neighborhood (it starts at 6 pm in our town). And then we drove to our neighborhood and the boys went around here as well.

Oh yes, and don't let me forget to share our new image with you all! But only for Halloween:)

The kids had a blast! They got so many pounds of candy that it's ridiculous!!

And then, of course, they separated all of it and traded, plus gave a bunch away to Robert and a bunch for me to take to Lyena to India (who loves sweets!!:)). This is just a tiny fraction of what they got.

Halloween is still not my favorite holiday, but this year we actually decorated some of our outdoor space! The kids couldn't believe it because it's so unlike me-haha.

Lyana.
