Not a Cub Scout Anymore!

Our Alex has been part of the Cub Scouts on base for the past couple of years. He loves scouting! This love probably comes from Robert who also enjoys all sorts of camping, outdoorsy and scout things. This school year Robert stepped into a role of a Cubmaster. He did a fantastic job, of course, but mainly thanks to his fantastic committee who helped along the way, and he'd be the first person to agree with that.

On this particular night of "Boy Scouts Crossover", Robert was fulfilling a role of a Cubmaster, so I had to be the "parent" helping with the crossover.

Amy Borland was Alex's Weebelo 2 leader and was amazing at it. It helps so much when the person in charge is there not only because she was forced to be there but because she wants to be there for the boys.

Alex received his Arrow of Light that now sits on top of his dresser. He had to complete quite a bit of requirements in order to receive it.

Our newly baked Boy Scouts.

And here is another shot.

Our Alconbury Boy Scout Troop 245 (sorry couldn't crop it any further).

Alex is one eager Boy Scout now. We hope our troop in the states is as awesome and active as this one here.
