Snow Day 2020!

IT FINALLY SNOWED!!!! 

You never know IF it will snow in our area. And if it snows, you don’t know if it will stick even for a day. We were super lucky again this year because it actually snowed enough to go “sort of sledding”... at the end of February. It started snowing in the evening and all the kids in the neighborhood immediately mobilized to get out and play for a bit.

That was just the beginning.

The following morning, Mark left at like 7:30 am and started playing in the snow. Sorry...such a shady picture. That is Mark.

Alex met up with his friend at the Nature Park to go sledding. And Katya got together with Cameron and Ethan for sledding and playing. 

Snow always brings a lot of excitement around here! It’s still very magical for us! 

But after a day or two...especially if events are cancelled, it becomes a bit annoying. So...I am okay with these sporadic snow days full of anticipation and excitement that we get once or twice a year.
