Yeah, so a few days before Thanksgiving, mom abandoned us to go to India to visit her sister's family. Starving, helpless, and somehow smiling in this picture, we stumbled through the next ten days with our existences in the balance.What in the world???
I had my Pirates of Penzance performances during this time, and it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Katya made pies and bounced around for an hour and a half on a trampoline. Tato, the leader of our gang, led us through this perilous time and supplied us with enough sugar to last through the rest of the winter. Mark read a book. (WE ALSO WATCHED 4 MOVIES IN A ROW #WONDERWOMAN#SPIDERMAN#BOSSBABY#MSPEREGRINESHOMEFORPECULIARCHILDRENOHYEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
We had St. Louis style ribs instead of a turkey for Thanksgiving dinner.
...And we ate four pies: Lemon Meringue, Chocolate Meringue, Apple, and Pumpkin.
Overall, the survival rates were pretty good, except for the hyperactive species named Mark which frequently went berserk whenever consuming sugar. We lived to tell the tale.
