Colorado is for Skiing and Friends!

I let Alex and Mark write this blog post. In the middle of January, we found some cheap tickets to go to CO. So Robert took the boys skiing at Keystone and visited a few of our friends!  

The Shelleys (they used to live in NC but moved away to Colorado Springs recently) happened to live in Colorado so we decided to meet up and do something fun. We went bowling with them and played games at the arcade and ate nachos.

The Ericksons also lived nearby so we got to do something fun with them. We ate dinner with them and then went to see Sophia’s volleyball game. We hadn’t seen them since England, so it was fantastic catching up with them. 

We stopped by the Air Force Academy nearby to see our friend Christopher from our England days! 

On Friday or Saturday I can’t remember, we went skiing with the Alleys. There was so much traffic on the way there, a two hour drive turned into a four hour drive. We left at 6 am trying to get there around 8:30. We left the place pretty late. We were all exhausted.

Awesome few days with the Alleys. It was good to see friends after a long time. They introduced us to Raising Canes which is our new favorite fast food place. They’re building one in Chapel Hill so we are super excited!
