This year was the first year in a very long time that we got to be with our Watson family for Thanksgiving!!!
James and Michelle hosted Thanksgiving in their new home in Georgia. Brian and Lindsey from Ohio and Grandma Lorraine from Montant were able to come as well, so it was super fun!
The Watsons love their board games! Grandma Lorraine especially enjoys beating everyone at Scrabble.
We put in a lot of effort into cooking a scrumptious dinner (although it looks like some of them are just relaxing here).
We had arrived on Wednesday, spent a long day talking, cooking and playing on Thursday. But Grandma had to fly back on Friday mid morning, so James, Brian and Robert took their mom to the airport.
And then we met up at the big playground for a packed lunch and some outside playtime.
At some point we stopped by a military store. That’s all I remember after looking at this picture:)
And then! We all went miniature golfing! The kids loved it!
This is Bentley and William.
And Katya and Carter--they think their freckles are super special!

We came home for some downtime after miniature golfing. This is Carter and Mark:)
In the evening, we tried our luck at the outlets nearby...that’s after we found parking. It was kind of crazy. We kind of just wandered around, tried on some wild looking coats and went home.
Then we went on a triple date to a cool Italian place!
This is the three brothers getting their check? Or something? Goofy as usual!
On Saturday we went on family walk/hike.
Our oldest two kids were the oldest cousins which is fun for them:)
And here is our traditional selfie.
Look at these happy faces (well, most of them-hahaha).
Lindsey and Nate, Theron and Mercedes, Alex, Michelle, Bentley, Mark, Carter, William, Lyana, Katya, Robert, James, Brian and Maddison.

And all the kids plus Lindsey.
And all the adults:)
We talked and talked that night till it was late.
The following morning, we stopped by the local church building to take the Sacrament (although we weren’t wearing dress clothes) and then drove home right after that. The traffic was terrible in some places (it was supposed to be just a 6.5-7 hour drive), but we made it home safely!
